Did a search for "DNLA" but didnt come up with an app by that name, a few apps with DLNA in it, but thats about it.
If you want to wireless send and receive files from your phone to your PC I would suggest "DropBox." You make an account and it gives you 2 gigs. You put files into the Dropbox folder on your computer and it automatically uploads it to be downloaded on to your phone. As of right now it only lets you upload one file at a time on the phone, hopefully they will update that. It also has the option to get files off of their website by logging in, useful if you are out and want to transfer to someone else's computer.

If you want to transfer files between your PC and Droid, an app called Web Sharing works pretty well but is a bit slow. It goes over your Wifi network so it's quite a bit faster than Awesome Drop or Drop Box.
If someone has a tutorial for the Media Sharing (DLNA) app on the Droid X, I'd love to see it. I've never been able to figure out how to set it up.

DLNA - Digital Living Networ Alliance. It's an ogranization which made the Standard! For communication between media devices.
So, no matter what is the manufacturer of device - if it is DLNA compatible - it can exchange media from one deice to another.
For example: you can listen to music from you PC to you phone, you can watch video from you NAS HDD to you tablet or to your tv.
Examples of DLNA applications:
Desctop
Windows Media Player
Foobar2000 (for music)
Serviio (media server)
For mobile phones:
AllShare (DLNA application from Samsung)

NAS, STB, TVs could also be DLNA compliant.
