DLNA and why is it up all the time?

I am the happy owner of an X2 but I'd like to know why the DLNA starts up on its own. Now because I used the search feature, I know what DLNA is. But I don't know why it opens itself up all the time and why I can't make it stop? I previously owned a D2 and it never did this. Anyone have all the answers? I am not rooted and won't be any time soon.

Put it on auto end list. Task manager, locate it, tap on it. That worked for me.

I'm not a D2, X, or X2 owner but instead a D1 owner but I think this still applies: I've heard from several people that any task killer will help to drain your battery faster than anything since it's constantly killing the app/feature you don't want running atm. I'm not saying it won't work, but if you don't mind a shorter uptime on your battery, go ahead. I've also heard of it possibly causing issues with performance, also. Like sluggishness and freezing. the best thing to do is wait for more comments and suggestions, try each suggestion out, and see which you prefer. Goodluck.
