DIY Soundboard

I've been trying to build my own soundboard for the Marketplace until I got frustrated.

I downloaded DIY Soundboard and created the soundboard I wanted but it's for my phone only. I would like to save this soundboard and put it up on the Marketplace. Does anyone know if this is possible? If it cant be done, is there and easier way to make a soundboard?

I'm not sure what software you used to make your own soundboard but there was a tutorial I saw a while ago while looking up some information on a project. The tutorial was a soundboard and you put the sounds you want, pretty simple, I suggest searching for android audio/sound/soundboard tutorial.

To put apps on the market you pay $25 and get access to the market. The process is pretty simple once you have written your app.
