displaying pics and video

Can someone answer this, can you display pics and video through the USB that came with phone through wii or directly to t.v.?

You need a tv-out cable.

There is a cable available that plugs into the phone micro USB port and has composite video & audio plugs on the other end for viewing the phone's screen on a TV.
