Dish Network is also coming out with a USB Sling device... this device will work with most of the VIP receivers, and will cost approx 150-180 with no other fees, but will also offer the "free" iphone/android app in the fall.

At least that is what SatelliteGuys has been reporting for a while...

and that is what I am waiting for.... then I can keep my 722 and my TV2 output when necessary.

I work for DISH Network, and the day this technology was available, I had to have it!!! I already had the 722 receiver, I bought the Sling adapter, ($99 from DISH) downloaded the free app, and I was in business. The set up was simple, and there is no monthly cost for the service.
