Disable only vibrations with Smart Actions?

I have my email set up to notify of new emails via vibration. Is there a way to turn off just this while charging or specific timeframes? I need the phone to ring, so I can't set it to silent, but I don't want to hear my phone buzzing at me all night while it is on the charger.
