Dinc 2 sideload

I'm new to android and will be receiving my dinc 2 tomorrow. I have been reading about installing apps that may not be in the android market or that have been hidden by the carrier. I've noticed several threads that talk about sideloading using the Sideload Wonder Machine. Has anyone attempted to use this method on the dinc 2 or is there an easier way to accomplish this. Also, this appears to work with devices that have not been rooted.

I sideload all the time. And it usually works if your not rooted

You can load apks on your SD card then use any file explorer app to get to it and side load that way. You can also email the apk to yourself and opening the attachment will give the option to install. And yeah root is not needed

Ok excellent, I'll test this out tomorrow when my incredible 2 gets here. Android seems to be the way to go for complete control... Much better than my iPod touch.
