Dimmed Screen - HELP!

Hey everyone,
For the past two days, my screen has been dimmed out and on a very low brightness level. I've tried to restart my phone, replace the battery and mess around with the display options but nothing seems to work. Are there any other options that you can suggest? Please help!

Maybe the light sensor is bad. If your phone isnt rooted I'd suggest bringing it into verizon, you may get a new phone

I will definitely try that, thank you! I just hate calling their help line - nothing ever seems to get accomplished that way. :dry:

Your welcome, just go straight in because I feel it would be hard to explain your issue over the phone.

Definitely “brando”, there is the problem of your light sensor that’s why your screen is dim. But, make sure your display setting is correct may be the brightness or sharpness level are low.
