I think updates should come sooner rather than later, and they should be done correctly. You can always count on waiting forever, and there is always a problem when the updates finally download. Doesn't seem to matter which phone manufacture you have.
Idk. I get them super quick on my Nexus. ;)

Imho, once you leave the store, you are on your own, and lucky to get any updates.
We are not talking software updates are we?

Because as long as companies like att and Verizon demand locked down devices and decide to control every aspect of an ota vs allowing the OEM to just push it (ie via kies or their website) I'm one who expects updates.

By the way, where is my marshmallow? Been rocking 6.01 with the buggy WiFi for awhile on my nexus 5 & 6, think it be about time for att to kick out an update for my note 5.
