Dial up network connection

My company uses the dreaded AS400. Mochasoft makes a TN5250 emulator. I want to get on to my company computers with my phone. Simple enough, here's the problem. My company is old school. I can dial in to the network with my laptop from home. Dial in. I need to actually plug it in to a land line and use the modem to dial in to the network. Then I open my TN5250 and connect away. My old SCH-i730 PDA phone had a way to dial in to an ISP. Does the Droid? I've seen it done with an iPhone. I hate to be that guy, but I can't believe that thing can do something our phones can't.

Thanks for your help.
