Ok i have successfully OCed the droid 4 to 1.4 ghz but no matter what governor i use it wont go past 1 ghz even on stock settings it wont even go to 1.2 ghz but if i change any frequency below the 1 ghz threshold the cpu will match the changes any help would be apprectiated
