Im running 2.2 OTA rooted and im trying to deoxed using xultimate 2.2.1 and get through options 1-3 no problem, when i run option 4 it runs fine until 30 out of 43, cord.odex, i recieve the following message:

noone has any idea why?? im pulling my hair out trying to figure this out, there is no info out there, well there probably is but i cant find it!

any help would be awesome!!!

Install xUltimate 2.2.2, that is the latest version. 2.2.1 actually threw me a 'need to update, device driver not supported' message before I even was able to get to the options menu. Try that and let me know what happens.

the zip file i have says 2.2.2, but when i run it and get the menu it says 2.2.1 at the top, i never got a 'need to update, device driver not supported' message before.

do you have a link to 2.2.2. or a link to a link.

what mode should i have the phone in , i usually use pc mode. but ive tried them all and none of the work this is the screen i see by the way:

Hmmm. Interesting, mine says 2.2.1 as well. As long as you have SDK Tools revision 7 and SDK Platform 2.2, API 8, revision 2 there shouldn't be a problem with SDK.

Sometimes I find the best solution is to restart your comp, and try again. Windows is a funky system...I just had to reinstall last night because my .Net framework went corrupt (for no reason). Check for SDK updates first, then reboot, then retry.

i just did an update for sdk, maybe that was it. ill try a reboot of both devices, and i dont know if it means anything, i ran the xultimate test.exe and everything passed

still hangs on cord.oxed, i guess im going to give up until a solution comes along. i just wanted to install some themes. bummer. if you have any more ideas let me know!

I've been having this issue as well. Mine was on the leaked 2.2. Haven't tried yet on the ota. And I assume you mean core.odex? That's were mine keeps freezing as well.
