Deleting screen panels

Can anyone tell me how to ,delete screen panels,? I've looked all over for the way to do this but can't find out how.My Droid currently has 5 panels and I only want 3 tops. The 5 panels were on my phone when I purchased it. Thanks

Are you running stock launcher or other?

Get launcherpro from the market (free). You can choose how many screens you want that way. ADW.launcher works also but I prefer launcherpro.

Ditto. I set mine to only 1 screen with 3 folder widgets, a battery status circle, and traffic. I love it.
