Deleting downloads

Have some files that I downloaded (not apps) and can't figure out how to delete them. Can anybody help?

Do you have a file browser app? Just navigate to /sdcard/downloads/ and find what you want, long press on it and choose delete.

You can also just plug the phone into your computer and mount it and go to the /downloads folder and delete what you want.

You can't do it from the phone without a file browser like Astro.
