APK ADB download error

I'm having problems sharing downloads and using TV remote for my phone think I may have deleted a APK download file that is causing my phone to error. No TV remote apps work on my phone and I have new smart TVs. I can't share files with other people I keep getting an error. I can't beam Kodi to my firestick from my phone either. Problems started I think when I deleted a file on my phone that said APK download. When I try to beam Kodi to my firestick from my phone it downloads then says APK adb download error. Can somebody help me please
