Deleting Downloaded Files

I down loaded a video to my droid, and it is in my "gallary" file, how do I delete it, it is not like the pictures where it offers a distinct delete option.

Also, can I get this phone to ring or vibrate when I get a new text message or email message?

1st you should be able to long hold on a video file and then tap delete

2nd yes you can set them up seperately. SMS are allowed only one ringtone or vibrate, while each email address can have a different ringtone, or they can all vibrate lol.
