Your pics would only be backed up to Google if you had the Google Photo app installed. If you didn't have something like DropBox, Google Photo, or some other backup/sync app installed you may be out of luck.

No sir I did not make backup or any other app did phone make it automatically that's why ask. In PC we use recovery software it bring it back for hard drive nothing like this in phone. By the way thanks

I'd Suggest getting that set up now on the phone, it's easy with many offerings as Lee noted. I've done that before and was bummed, but since they're gone, there's nothing I can do.

One plus with Apple, as that photo copy function is setup automatically with the phone, although it's not limitless space, you can buy more. Just like Drive, Copy Dropbox etc.

That's it, I presume your question was about an android, correct?
I don't pay attention to signature, they vary..

I've used "Copy" since I lost those photos, and love it. Easy setup and you can have it send right away, but uses data, or only at Wi-Fi and/or charging. So when I get home and place the phone on the Qi charging station, everything gets updated. So nice
