Deleted e-mails still showing up.

After I have deleted my e-mail on my phone, then go to the trash folder and delete them, it still shows up as 5 on my trash screen. It shows no e-mails, just the #5 does anyone have a way of clearing it?

Are you using the stock email client? We're not talking about the gmail app, right? If so, don't use the stock email client, use K9 from the market.

I'm not using the Gmail, it is on my biznetis account that I pickup on my Droid.

Delete your account(s) from the stock app. Download K9 which is free from the market.
