Default app question.

OK, probably a dumb question, but when you use an alternative app or more than one app can be selected, you get a screen showing the choices. You can make that choice and set the app as the default (example is one of the Home replacement apps).

How do you change the default after you've set it? I'm trying to use Open Home Lite and the original Home is set as the default, so I have to reload it each time.
