Data use meter?

Is there such an app that can tell you what apps are using up your data?

Well you can use the manage apps then press running apps then on the right hand side it tells you how much data it's used

I guess I was referring to cellular data, or is that what you mean?

when ics comes out it will have the data meter. its actually exactly what you are looking for. you can actually zoom into a time in the past and it tells you what app used the data from that time. you can also stop apps from using data as well with it.
