Data throttling AGAIN!

Will the throttle hack work on 2.3.4? Well whatever it was its somewhere on my sd, or in the old fision app. But it worked! So anyone using it on any 2init roms?

It worked on froyo.. so I meant will it work on 2nd init? It was no throttle.zip or something, its gotta be on my phone somewhere it was on the fission app..I think? Lol
