Data slow

Is there a reason that my data would be running slow since installing 1.5? My upload is fine, almost 800k, but my download is only 100k. Anyone have any tips for me? I am new to Liberty, coming from UD on my OG Droid.

Used a lot of data lately? Verizon is throttling a ton of heavy-data users.

My data seems fine, and only slow when I expect it to be slow (in buildings on my college campus, for example)
