Data outage??

The only reason I can post this is because I'm on wifi.. But I'm in Dover, De and was wondering if anyone else on the east coast or locally is experiencing data issues?? Really makes me mad when I pay a 300$ a month bill and can't make or receive texts and phone calls.

I've seen no less than five people on FB posting the same thing. Looks like it is mostly Kent County. Wonder if it has anything to do with last nights tornado.
