Dark screen

Sceen goes dark random.. Can't see who's calling and while browsing the Internet.. I've tried all display settings.. Any suggestions?

No one else has issues with screen staying dark when getting calls and not being able to answer?

the some question to you.some friend tell me that their phones' screens often appear pink, blue or purple color, i don't know why.
