Just got my DAGi stylus from Taiwan today. I play Sketch On Line and also use Pic Say Pro and Draw and Share apps. This stylus is far and away the best I have found. The tip is plastic and glides smoothly over the Droid screen. It has a flat tip with a red dot in the center that lets you know exactly where you are drawing. I had a stylus with a rubber tip and found it very hard to draw with as it dragged across the screen. I have only been able to find this item on eBay and the cost ranges from $8.99 to $12.99 mine also cost an extra $2.00 shipping charge. Service is top notch and I was given a link with Taiwanese post and a tracking number. I can add some pics of the item if anyone is interested, however, if you go to YouTube and search for DAGi stylus you can find several videos for this which do it more justice than I could. I am in no way trying to promote this item, I am just giving my honest opinion of a very well made item.

I know I'm a Wixel addict since my first thought was "I wonder if this will improve my Wixel scores"

I have to say that it sure helps my scoring. Using the finger to draw is difficult at best. Check the video out and you will see the clear tip with the dot, it helps a ton.

needs link?

Probably as good a link as any:

http://www.dagi.com.tw/

a video demo with iPhone:

(side observation, whatever they've done to the droidforums server, software level wise, is kind of cool. wonder what they're running, but I like it :) )

I got mine pretty quick (which is a plus especially coming from TW) but I'm quite disappointed with it. You can't us it like a normal stylus where you can write/draw naturally. If the tip doesn't stay flat and lifts off the screen just barely, you will not get a continuous stroke. Im not sure if its just me but its not any easier to draw than your finger.

interesting, I have a pogo stylus for my ipod touch. This seems like it would give for more precision though. anyone else gave a pogo and can give a comparison?

I know this is an old thread, but have any of you tried MaplePaint? It allows for vector drawing and I'm considering it may be good for taking notes in class, but I need a stylus.

Would one of you be able to try your stylus in that program and see how well it works?
