I am trying to install a fresh cytown phone app over 1.0.0 so that I can uncheck the UI settings. Normally I am able to do this in terminal with cytown's installation instructions:

sysrw
cat sdcard/Phone.apk > system/app/Phone.apk
For some reason this is not working and the Touch UI still cannot be disabled. Unfortunately, I know nothing about using terminal or the programming language. Any ideas would be great.
