CynogenMod 10 back to ICS on Samsung Galaxy S3

I've searched and looked for an instruction set on how to go back to stock ICS for the S3. I bought a phone today that had the Cyn10 installed and I want to go back. Can anyone point me to where to get the ICS rom, how to use Odin to downgrade and will this do away with the root as well?

I know it's here but so far all I have found is the way to go from stock to Cyn10.

How about search for samsung s3 unroot in google....

It isn't that hard to find

Thanks, did just that after my post. Found the answer, did it and am now stock.
