Does anyone have any info about cyanognmod for the droid razr m (xt907) any input wuld be greatly appreciated i.e. how to make device compatible or if it even is.....how to install pros/cons.... thanx

Are you rooted, unlocked? Your device compatability depends on whether or not you are rooted and unlocked. If you are, just download the ROM you want as well as the Gapps and reboot into a custom recovery, do your wipes and flash.
