Custom roms

I've read somewhere that to put custom roms on the droid pro, you would use fission rom manager? How would i go about getting that because i didn't see it in the app market. thanks

Visit teamdefuse dot com from your phone, make sure under settings, applications, you allow unknown sources to be installed, open the downloaded file and install it, fission is currently not stable, I would recommend waiting to install at this point.
