Cubase music producer For Droid?

I have been asking around but found nothing. I just want a simple app were I can upload a beat as 1 track, then plug in my headphones and record my voice over the beat in another track and record it like cubase or frutie loops? does it exsist and if not why not. Im not looking for great quality just for fun. would like some voice effect like eco and stuff for abblibs..

I am using mix zing widget to play instrumental and voice recorder to record my voice over beats for now but theres gatta be a better way.
