Cricket 2.1 update to 2.2

Hi Everyone,

I Have a DROID 1 flashed to cricket running 2.1 Android and recently found out i could update to 2.2 while still on cricket. Can anyone give me instructions on how to do this. Thanks in advance

Are you talking about the "sytem update available" thing that pops up in your notification bar?

I hear that erases your flash. The dude who flashed mine told me not to accept any updates. Then again mines already on 2.2 Froyo so ...
