Credit Card Reader for a D2

Does anyone have any suggestions on a good app for a credit card reader and also a bluetooth reader?

Its simply called "square". It has a card reader that plugs into the audio Jack. I haven't used it, but have been pondering signing up soon. They give you a free reader in the mail, but ive heard people waiting anywhere from a week to a few months.
