Cracked Bionic Screen

Anyone ever replace to a cracked screen on the telephone? I just dropped my Bionic in the driveway. I've looked online and I found several YouTube videos on how to take the phone apart. Was curious to know if anyone has had experience with a particular vendor who sells replacement parts. I'm working to repair the phone and use it as a backup. So I'm not looking to spend a lot of money.

I replaced my screen twice. It is a pretty easy process, just make sure you have all the tools. Go slow, don't lose any of the screws. Many websites sell all the parts necessary as a bundle. Follow a youtube video or two, go slow, and you will be fine!
