Crack...

Sigh... I cracked the screen.
Dropped it. Facedown. Into a puddle. Grabbed it. Saw no cracks. Worked just fine. Hmmmm.
2 days later I see 2 very faint cracks sort of under the glass running from top to bottom. Can't feel them.

THIS IS WHY I BOUGHT A TURBO.

Called Verizon.
"I cracked my Turbo screen. Can I use the free warranty replacement?"
Rep: "Hmmm, I've never done this before. Hang on a minute, please?"
"Sure..."
Less then 2 minutes*
Rep: "Ok, I called Motorola and they explained what I need to do. Your replacement will be in your hands by 3PM tomorrow. Sorry for the delay..."
Delay?!?!?

I always have a wonderful experience with Verizon customer service. The only time I've had a less than satisfying experience is with the premium retailers.

Still on the phone with VZW. I was joking and I'm like "so you sent me a 32 and not a 64...I think you should just send me a T2 to make up for that mistake...."
Rep: Um... actually.... sending this phone back triggered the 3 strike rule. Would you like a Turbo 2 or something else?
Me: huh?!?!
Rep: Yea. Would you like a new phone? Free? Except the V10. That would be extra.

So apparently if you have to return a phone 3 times in one year, it triggers the lemon rule and VZW GIVES you a new phone (or credit if the new phone is worth more then the old). This does extend your contract, naturally.

So after hemming and hawing over the V10 and G4 I decided to stick with Moto. Turbo 2 on its way. Only drawback...I couldn't design one.

Let us know how you like it..idk what the "default" look is..but being a droid its probably black and metallic red..just make sure they send the 64 gig..lol
