CPU Tuner the cause!?!

I was reading in one of these threads about ppl's screens comming back on after turning it off. Well i had the problem also till i uninstalled cpu tuner (went back to set cpu for profiles) now it is working fine. Any one else try or know of this.

Running rubix focused 1.8.9.
