Has anyone else heard of this? I'm not sure what it is or how I get it but I hear its awesome. Any help?

If you mean cps2hd, then it a realy cool emulator that runs capcom play system 2 games. If you are into fighters and shooters, then you might want to try it out.
The fighters includes some of the street fighter games
