Correct battery percentage widget

I have a gorilla gadgets extended batter and my phone has been saying im at 5% for about 2 hours. Is there any good battery widgets or apps that can truly tell me my batter percentage. I know its not that low because my battery voltage is at 3500 and it dies at 3300.

Problem I am having is finding one that refreshes itself. Battery Widget by geekyouup is a good one, I just wish it had different themes.

Ok thanks for the response, iv been using circle battery widget but it is off when it gets to the end of the charge.
