Converting mobile version of blog into an apk

I was wonder how to convert an RSS feed or a mobile version of a blog into an apk. I have found a few sites like shoutem.com; find.nu, and appsgeyser.com and all seem promising but it seems that find.nu is a word press and I am not looking for that and shoutem and appsgeyser are vague on pricing and claim a monthly membership, any help please.

Actually, I tend to just use a plugin called WP touch because I actually have a wp based site...because like you I have been through all of the sites that say make app for android and iphone, but in the end I just use wptouch bc it works.
