Anyone know of a way to set a certain contact to be the first contact in the book, even if the name does not start with the letter "A". For example I need a name that is shellie to appear as the first contact.

Why not make it a favorite?

just click the star in the persons contact in the upper right hand corner and they will be available in your favorites tab.

Another option would be to make it a shortcut on your home screen.
