contacts problem

Hello all, bit of a noob so please be kind. Since flashing the ROM i've not been able to access my contacts. I can call with the dialer app, and receive calls which show the contact info. However, anytime I try and use the contacts to make the call the program FC's. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Try clearing cache by going to settings>applications>manage applications, find contacts and clear cache!
