Contacts appear & disappear....how can I find and delete?

Hi all,

Hopefully you can help me with this. I've noticed that if I'm scrolling through my "people" contact list, it shows me the normal list of names I know I've entered onto the phone. However, occasionally when I'm scrolling through names (usually looking for a linked name or such), a bunch of contacts I have no access to pop up. They're email addresses and other info that appear to be from my email account...but is there any way for me to delete them? I just find it bizarre that every few days I see another complete set of contacts that I can see, but not access. Any ideas/help? I'd appreciate it. Thanks!

Contacts sync with google or the device?

Does it do it all the time or no?

In the "People" app press the menu radio button and select view. Check the "Only contacts with phone number check box.

That should hide the other contacts.
