Contacts all messed up

My contacts are a mess.* The verizon lady downloaded my BB contacts onto my Fascinate without asking so I immediately ended up with duplicates when I synched with my Gmail contacts.* THEN, when I started using touchdown for my work email, a third set of contacts got on the phone from my outlook contacts at work.*Some even havea 4th contact from "unknown source" which I think is*FB?* *Since I haven't been able to find a way to "unlink" all emails with one setting, I've been gradually unlinking them one by one but they keep re-linking when the verizon back-up assistant synchs.* I've stopped the backup assistant but I'm wondering if there is a way to remove the phone contacts so that I just have to deal with the gmail and touchdown contacts?* It takes me forever to scroll through all those contacts*

Log on to Gmail from a computer and then look in the "other contacts" and you should be able to find and delete some.
