Conference Call Issue; Droid Razr M

Corporation I'm with just migrated to the Razr M, from the business-friendly DroidPro. With that device, I could begin a conference call and drop either party; with the Razr M, that functionality is lacking.

I found an earlier thread from 2011 stating Motorola was aware of the issue "with no end in sight". Seems quite a fail to me, since the old DroidPro managed that feature quite nicely.

Any further developments? Any third-party solutions?

Hate to have to go BlackBerry...
