I use Companionlink to sync my Droid X with my Outlook 2007 directly without going through Google. Now I find that everytime I do a sync, the "all day" dates, "recurring" dates and holiday dates are all shifted earlier by one day. The dates remain accurate on my phone....just my Outlook Calendar has been affected.
