Been searching for more info but it's all technical just wondering what pros and cons of using it are

It'll improve performance for about 24 hours before it starts to bog you down and you'll need to reboot..at least that has been my experiance

That's been my experience, yes.

I turned it on earlier haven't noticed much its a lil more snappy but nothin crazy different
