Comcast email issue-anyone else having this problem?

Quite frequently my Comast email will get hung up and it will really drain my battery quickly trying to pull in the email messages. I have to do a soft reset to get it to stop. Does anyone else have that issue and if so, what did you do to correct it? I am using the native email ap for my Comcast email.

Nope, I got comcast and 2 different accounts that download to my DX just fine. I receive 40 to 50 emails a day no problem.

try clearing the cache of the app, hopefully that helps.

The stock email app is horrible. I have decided myself to have gmail poll my accounts because its easier.

I did have that problem, but if you need to keep an email app I'd suggest K9Mail.
