Clock theme question

I've been seeing people who have clocks that actually spell out the numbers for what time it is, I.e; eightTHIRTYtwo. How do they do that? Its kinda cool and I would like to try it.

its a widget called minimalistic text. TONS of options and pretty sure it is free in the market.
