Clock/Location issue

I'm currently in a state in the upper Midwest, but my home screen shows that I'm in London and the clock is six hours ahead. How do I fix this? Is my phone infected? When I open Google maps, Weather Channel, or Navigator, it places me exactly where I am.

Scratch that...My map and navigator show me in central London. What's going on?
