Too many people abusing/gaming the system with free overnight shipping.

There is free 2 day shipping if you have TEC insurance. There were alot of changes to the CLNR program, and as posted above, most of them came down to abusing the system. This seems to be alot of the reason for many changes in the wireless industry.
