I was wondering if there was any game out there like civ, or if there's a way to get civ, much app-reciated

I've personally played the original Civ as a ROM with Snesoid. It's obviously quite a bit boring and cumbersome when you've played the entire series on PC since then, but I can vouch that it works.

But I've also heard that CivII came out on the PS, and that there's recently been a PSX emulator released. So, I wouldn't be surprised if that worked as well.

As far as "like-civ", I can't say I've seen any thus far. Maybe Civ Revolutions will come to Android in some format one day.

Yes there is its called freeciv. here it is: Android Freeciv developer prerelease Hack Casual
Now test this on your phone and see if it works. it doesn't work on the D1 with MIUI, it loads up but forcecloses when it loads fog...
